However, our Service is no replacement for a professional accountant or financial adviser, and may not be useful to you or accurate for your particular circumstances. You agree that you are solely responsible for determining whether the use of our Service is right for you, and you agree to release Cash Flow Calendar from any liability relating to your use of our Service.

5. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

Payment will be processed by third-party providers, depending on the device you’re purchasing a Subscription occurs on:

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the third-party payment providers, before purchasing a subscription, as applicable to your device.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Cash Flow Calendar LLC. cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page.

6. Fee Changes

Cash Flow Calendar LLC., in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Cash Flow Calendar LLC. will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to allow you to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

7. Refunds

Cash Flow Calendar LLC. is not responsible for handling refund requests. Please consult the refund policies of the third-party providers, as applicable.

(“Bank Data Provider”), will access such third-party accounts for the purposes of performing the Services. This can include aggregation of bank transaction data as well as account verification. By providing the requisite access information to Cash Flow Calendar, you grant us and our Bank Data Providers permission and authority to access the relevant third-party accounts, on your behalf or on behalf from the principal account holder, and retrieve the relevant information to make it available as part of the Services and agree to be bound by our Bank Data Provider's terms of use in addition to this Agreement. You are not permitted to provide Cash Flow Calendar with any access information for any third-party accounts for which you are not the principal account holder unless you have the authority to act on behalf of the principal account holder.

We are not obligated to review the information for any purpose, including, but not limited to, its accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of any information provided to us or any third-party service providers in connection with Cash Flow Calendar or any of the Services.
